These are great, a little less pliable than I anticipated. Would definitely buy again.

These connectors appear well made and were easy to handle. They arrived as described and seem fine for LED strip connections.

Don't take the backing off before you make the connection. If you can, leave an inch or so at the end. You can't get the the end to slide in with the adhesive exposed. It sticks - you push - it folds or wads up - you cuss. If you do get it: it's an intermittent connection. The extra thickness of the backing helps the connection fit snugly too. Yes, this stuff is flimsy - all this stuff is. Be gentle - you are not working with 120V copper!

As my headline reads, do your research! They're super simple, once you know how they work! Here's a hint: The ends pop open to accept the prepared LED strip, which slips in rather than laying over the end. Good product!

Great little connectors. I don't entirely remember the product description but 12 volts is all they will handle. I tried sending 24 volts and they worked for a while. However the heat eventually caused them to fail. The LED strips I was trying to connect had a very dense population of LEDs. Because of this I was unable to snap the cover back into place and had to resort to electrical tape to insulate the connection. On less denseness of the LEDs and lower (12) voltage they work perfectly.

Easy to use, nice and secure, exactly what I wanted.

I bought them to connect two separate parts of my led strip. They are ok for the price but the quality of the plastic is really questionable. I tried a lot to lock them but was not successful. At last, I have use soldering to join wires. For the price, they are ok but you need to know another way as well because I think that they are not the best solution plus there is no adhesion as well so you have to use a double-tap to hide them. won't recommend them

I had some LED strip lighting under my kitchen cabinets that I had to remove and later reinstall. I had previously soldered the connections a few years ago and bought these thinking they would save me the big hassle of resoldering connections (overhead and under cabinets). There was too much voltage drop across these cheap connectors and the last LED strip flickered. I ended up removing the connectors and painstakingly soldering everything again. These aren't worth the money. Wires look to be aluminum too.

It would REALLY help if there were instructions or at least a little arrow pointing to the access for opening the ends!!! I broke at least 6 before I figured it out. Other than that they worked fine.
