I had Diep flap reconstructive surgery which leaves an incision similar to a tummy tuck. The garment they gave me at the hospital was thick with velcro that scratched my skin. I bought a number of compression high waisted panties on Amazon and these were the best!!! The edges are not too tight and the compression over the belly is very firm. Its holding everything together while it heals very comfortably. Pro tip: rather than pull the tight panty down every time I pee, I pull the crotch to the side. That way I'm not constantly messing with my drains. I am a size 8 or 10 tall jeans and the large panty is very snug on my belly. Glad I didn't get a medium.

The first pair I got I loved it so much due to they were perfect. 10 stars if I could.I loved it so much I ordered another pair two days later. That pair didn’t stand up to the first pair due to it keeps rolling down my stomach while the first pair stays up. P

I'm 5' 1", and 164lb, for reference. I bought this in the large and the extra large. The large was a bit small all the way around, and the top rolled down just a smidge. The extra large fit comfortably but was a bit gappy in the tummy. I don't normally upload pictures of myself, but the reviews that help me best are the ones with pictures and measurements. I did not like how it cut my rear end in half. But it's very soft and comfortable otherwise. The pictures of the fully tan, is the large, and I do feel like it sucked in my tummy better than the one with the lace. Probably because it's a seem running through the middle of the lace one. The picture with the lace on the bottom is the extra large. I hope this helps someone.

I am 5’3, I usually wear a size 6/8 or size 28, 153 lbs bottom heavy.When you first put them on they feel great, i am currently wearing them sitting and they roll down. When I stood up they stayed rolled down even after I fixed it. This may be better if you are wearing a high waisted skirt where the skirt can hold up the top, I wouldn’t recommend for dress use as it rolls and it will show through. I wore them because I have these loose high waisted pants and I get the little weird pooch under my belly button. It does a good job for what I needed. Compression is great, fit is nice, I did get panty lines as I am bottom heavy so my cheeks bulge out a bit. I would rate it 3.5 as it is a tad bit above average rating. These are great for daily wear to work with pants or skirts as you can adjust it. I would t recommend for a dress unless you are standing all day. Once it rolls there isn’t any going back.

This is a great item. Pulls in stomach without being uncomfortable. Only thing the design needed was a butt-lifter design in back.

So comfortable i am large lady wearing 3x i am not that fat but i have big belly where i need hide sometimes because of the office work and i do not feel comfortable just walking without not covering my belly is big i was diagnose in 2020 with bad RA and i am on therapy with epipen where my belly is big like that . But this underwear that i purchase the other day from here is awesome is the best things that ever happen i love them . Thank you

I am 5’1”. 155lb I bought them medium and large. They both rolled down. I am returning them. I like the tummy control tightness but if it’s rolls down it divided my belly in 2 rolls. I don’t like the look

The media could not be loaded. Ordered a large base on another review since I don’t think there was a size guide on this one. I am 5’2 and weigh 154#. The material is super comfortable. It could have a little more compression, but for the low price, it works nicely. Looked good. You can see it didn’t hold all of me in, but under my wedding dress you could see a big difference. Nice coverage. However, I did return because at my dress fitting you could see it peaking out (my dress has a deep plunge in the front) so it would not work for the purpose I intended.
