Professional Speed Bag

Nice product, great alternative to those who don't have a speed bag setup, not intended to replace traditional weightlifting but certainly a must to include into your weightlifting routine. WOW, talk about the arm and shoulder burn, you will feel it, especially for that over the top burn after a weightlifting session. Very versatile product, comes with DVD and protocol poster. However, once you get use to it, you will be encouraged to try out your own workout routine. A clean product, rotation is smooth and doesn't catch, its built tough and it won't fall apart on you. It is not some plastic device that breaks or cracks, this product is built tough. I think its a great addition to any gym or home gym, this works and works you out. Product comes in 3 colors and comes in various .lbs.

THIS PRODUCT IS VERY WELL MADE AND NICE LOOKING. I ENJOY USING THIS PRODUCT AND IT IS KIND OF A NOVELTY. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT TAKE THE PLACE OF ANYTHING. IT IS JUST A SUPPLEMENT TO WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING. I GAVE IT ONY 3 STARS, BECAUSE YOUR MONEY WOULD BE BETTER SPENT ON SOMETHING ELSE AND IT IS OVERPRICED.

Awesome device. I definitely feel the burn in my shoulders, arms and chest. Definitely a supplimental workout, not meant as a primary workout. Ease and convenience of use is a huge plus. I am also glad I got the 12 lb machine as that was one of the things many ppl were debating when purchasing between the 12 and 8. Only reason this gets 4 stars is the price... my company reimbursed me half the expense of this to en courage fitness..otherwise I couldn't justify spending the 130 bucks out of my own pocket.

This is the greatest piece of workout equipment I have ever purchased. There are 3 sizes one is 4 pound another is 8 pound and the one I purchased is 12 pound. There is a Burn Machine for everyone. The 12 pound that I bought gives me a great workout in as little as one minute. Although because of the advances I am seeing so quickly I am using it several times a day. Now all that being said I would recommend someone buy the 8 pound one instead of the one I bought. The workout you get with this magnificent little portable machine is based mostly upon length and not weight. I find that my one minute workout is only one minute because that is as long as I can go without dropping to the ground of exhaustion. I feel that with the 8 pound Burn Machine I could perhaps go 3 minutes which would probably turn out to be a better workout. All in All I love this thing and I will be using it and carrying it with me everyday forever!!! Great Product!!!

If you are just starting to work out, the 12 lbs speed bag is a beast. I work out regularly, but am thinking of returning mine and getting am 8 lbs one. I originally ordered the professional one thinking i'm the man, and 12 lbs isn't much. It is. if you want to see giant guys getting worked by this thing after a few minutes, look up the burn machine on youtube. body builders yelling in pain after a few minutes.So yeah, that's all I wanted to mention, because I didn't really get that from reading reviews before buying mine. This thing is great, you really do feel the burn, but the 12 lbs is really heavy and, (guys) sometimes we have to swallow our pride and realize that we aren't professionals! Haha.

Great workout. My arms are on fire after using it. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. Even though I think it's a great product, I don't think it's worth the price.

I was a little skeptical about this thing but I have to say after several weeks with it - it's pretty darn cool!! If you have a couple minutes you can grab it and get in some reps. I've used it for workouts and I've also used it for stress control. Have the urge to go hit a pillow? Pick this up instead and do a couple minutes and it'll burn it out for you.I've used it standing up, doing squats - I've even used it while walking on my treadmill (though I wasn't chewing gum at the same time).It's a bit pricey when you look at it but once you get it you'll see that it's a very versatile piece of equipment.
