Can it be used on rocker recliners, too

I used it on my rocker recliner after hip replacement.  My recliner has "ski"-like wooden runners, and they sit securely on the square pad with it's rubbery surface pads. It will still rock. Although I have never seen one, there are rocker recliners that have a different configuration on the bottom, and I don't know if these would work.

I am a adult little person my upholster chair legs is 23 in across, 19 in front to back, seat 10 in high, will this platform fit safe enought.

If your chair is 19 inches front to back, then the Little Boost Platform is going to stick out about 5 1/2 inches in front of your chair if you place it on the center of the Little Boost Platform. Sit in your chair and put a piece of tape down that distance in front it. See if your feet go past it or not when you stand up. I think you might stumble on the Little Boost Platform when you stand up and it may not work that well for your situation. Suggest getting someone to make a smaller sized platform out of wood instead.

Has anyone been able to get Medicare to cover even a portion of the cost of this item?

No, Medicare only covers a mechanical lift and that has to come from an approved Durable Medical Equipment provuder.

Question 4

Can I used this on a regular livingroom side chair, not a recliner with about the same size don't feel safe with the separate four corner riser.

When i think of a LR side chair, I think of four tall legs and a seat. So I would say , No, because it is too lightweight for the platform.  If your chair is low to the floor and heavy, then OK. I would need to see a picture of the chair. Also, a chair that was 25" x 25" might slide on the 36 x 36 platform.
