A great item
This is great!I bought the left handed version, and tried it before I needed, for practice, and found it very easy and straightforward to use.100% recommended 👍

Must have bit of kit
Game changer, after struggling with levers and making a mess of my alloys, this bit kit makes removal and replacing tyres much easier and prevents the potential of nipping the inner tube, purchasing one of these is a must for those who ride a bike.

It works really well
I do not normally leave reviews but felt compelled to do so having just used this wonderful device. No more having bleeding fingers trying to pull the tyre bead over the rims. This made it so easy and what normally takes an afternoon of swearing and cursing took a matter of minutes. I’d highly recommend anyone with a bike to get this.

Helped with the impossible!
I bought a right hand one - and a left hand one - and have a bead puller tool too.The challange was two Goodyear Eagle Tires which were incredibly tight - tight enough that the local bike shop gave up and returned my wheels and tires. With the two tire gliders, bead puller, soapy water and a small hammer I was able to get both tires on. By gently tapping the flat surface on the tire glider towards the other ones - lots of soap - i was able to pull the bead over!Doubt they are ever coming off at this rate!

Useless
Terrible.. just terrible. Back to the original two levers because they work!
User
Disappointed
I bought this but it snapped when I used it to help take my 700x25c Lugano 2 tyre off. Very disappointed back to traditional tyre levers.
User
Poor product, broke on first usage
Very poor product, it broke on first usage when reseating tyre, despite following the instructions. Also very poor that it only comes with a 28 day guarantee, since mine broke 6 weeks after purchase.Good idea, bad implementation.

5 stars - a really tight tire is still a challenge but it did work
I had to replace one tire on each of two bicycles. Of late, my talent for using tire irons has deteriorated into too many punctured tubes punctured by misplaced tire irons. I saw this item and bought one.I'm left handed and bought the left handed version of this lever. I'm glad I did that. One of the tires was really tight and I needed all the push I could muster. The first bike had a reasonably sized tire for the rim and it went on really easily. The second bike had a tight tire that I wondered if it would go on at all without being destroyed. I followed the instructions about keeping the bead loose around the tire but the last 8 inches was still a huge struggle. What I liked was that I could see where I was as I worked around the tire and could keep an eye on making sure the tube didn't get in the way. When it did, I could stop, back up and reposition the tube before I damaged it. The last 8 inches still boiled down to a moment of truth. I was either going to succeed or wreck the tire. I pushed through it and it went on.I was able to check the status of the tire bead after I'd pushed through those last 8 inches. In fact I could go around the whole tire and see there was no bead or sidewall damage.I don't want to think about how I'm ever going to get this tire off again.Still and all, the tire lever worked and I'm really pleased. Five stars for sure.
