Zero Glycemic, safe for diabetics
I learned the value of this product early in 2021. Here-to-for, sweetness of the product has been reliable although different foods and beverages will require you to adjust to your taste. As such, you will discover more product is required to achieve the desired sweetness. After a year using this Monk fruit sweetener I personally do not experience any after taste other than a comparable to regular sugar after taste. I do not experience any Blood sugar spikes what-so-ever. I drink a strong coffee that normally requires about 1/3 tsp for mild sweetness. Morning Oatmeal with diced red apple and cinnamon, chopped walnuts and pecans for protein and 5-6 drops of Monk fruit sweetener. I RECENTLY HAD TO PURCHASE THE 1.5 OZ SIZE BECAUSE AMAZON DOES NOT HAVE THE 8 OZ REFILL SIZE AVAILABLE IN A REASONABLE SUPPLY TIME. (20 -30 DAYS, PROBABLY BECAUSE OF SUPPLY ISSUE FROM CHINA WHERE MONK FRUIT IS ONLY GROWING SOURCE). THIS MOST RECENT SHIPMENT DEFINATELY IS NOT AS SWEET. MY NORMAL CUP OF COFFEE REQUIRES A FULL TEASPOON OF SWEETNER INSTEAD OF THE 1/3 TEASPOON. SO I NORMALLY GET 6 CUPS OF COFFEE PER OZ OF SWEETNER. THE MOST RECENT SHIPMENT ONLY YIELDS 4 1/2 CUPS MAKING THE SWEETNER NEARLY 50% MORE EXPENSIVE. SO EACH CUP OF COFFEE HAS $4.00 OF SWEETNER PER CUP VERSES $1.50 PER CUP NORMALLY. :( I HAVE NEVER QUIBLED OVER THE PRICE @ 1.50 PER CUP. I DON'T MIND PAYING THE PRICE FOR SAKE OF GOOD HEALTH. THAT SAID, THE LOWER SWEETNESS OF MOST RECENT SHIPMENT LEADS ME TO WONDER IF MANUFACTURER IS DILUTING THE PRODUCT. I HOPE THIS IS NOT THE CASE AS THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RELIABLE UP TO THIS CURRENT ISSUE. I call this the safest and best product on the market simply because it has no added sugar alcohol or Erythritol that will cause blood sugar spikes. Erythritol is an extremely sweet additive often used in other Monk Fruit brands and frequently (read the ingredient labels) is used as a sugar substitute in many processed foods that are labeled "Lo or No sugar added". Some claimed Organic Monk Fruit powder sweeteners have Erythritol added to enhance the sweetness. Those additives will however spike Blood Sugar. That said, consumers should read the ingredient labels carefully. I have had diet controlled diabetes for 14 years. Simply put, I have never needed Insulin or other medications to control the Diabetes. When first diagnosed I had been consuming a pint of Ice Cream every evening and eating any processed foods including Candy bars without regard to the damage all those foods I enjoyed that were having a devastating effect on my health and longevity. I then realized my terrible unhealthy diet would shorten my life. I struggled mentally for about two weeks while stopping all sugar and foods that elevate Glucose. I was really fraught with a lifetime of ignorance regarding my terrible diet. That is when I had an Epiphany of mind as I realized only I could prolong my life to an expected old age closer to 100. I am now 85+, rarely nap, do 30 minutes of cardio exercise daily, Survived Brady Cardia and Atrial Fibrillation with an implanted Pacemaker in 2021. My Diet is Hi Protein, lo saturated fat, lo-Carbohydrates, Fresh Organic fruits and vegetables daily, all for Glucose control. I also take up to 60 Vitamins and Minerals daily. Although this may seem like a horrible diet, the reality is how long do we expect to survive. I really have not encountered any unreasonable change of taste in the food I consume. It has been more a process of elimination of hi fat, hi sugar processed foods that we all know eventually lead to poor health. So can we conquer mentally the Lifestyle changes necessary for longevity? The proof for me personally has been that I have never needed to monitor my Glucose levels after the first three months of 3 X daily sticks for blood sample. I recently had to fast for an Esophagus surgery. My blood sugar after three days of starvation was 58. Medical staff at hospital was in a panic thinking I was in Hypoglycemic shock. Frankly I knew better simply because Diabetes is a huge money making industry and Allopathic medicine follows the industry directives. I felt fine but medical staff in their panic stood by while they pushed me to quickly drink three 8 oz glasses of hi sugar orange juice while they stuck my fingers for glucose blood. It took 45 minutes for my Blood Sugar to rise to 120. THE DIET AND LIFESTYLE WORKS FOLKS... The first year was a daily mental challenge. A close younger family member was diagnosed about the same time and that person has never been able to overcome the mental challenge necessary in following the diet that reverses type II diabetes. That person within 6 months was prescribed oral medication and within 3 months was doing insulin several times daily for Glucose control. He spent 3 months in hospital with Covid in 2021 and is now living with Oxygen about 6 hours daily. Conversely, I have managed to remain Covid free in spite of living in the same house with 4 family members all who had Covid. They did not quarantine and all since are now working to improve their health and diet. Good health to all, Bro@home

excellent. easy to use.
excellent. Easy to use. Last for quite a while. I use 10 to 15 drops for 16 ounces and about 20 drops for 32 ounces. Great in unsweetened almond milk. Has a great flavor and helps balance out Stevia. I have tried several monk fruit drops from different sources and this is the best. It's a good bottle these years and I'm not gonna bother looking any further because their price is great.

Great for using in hot and cold drinks and baked goods
I purchased this after trying to make a keto Eel Sauce with Erythritol and having it recrystallize after it started to cool down. Who wants grainy Eel Sauce! That is one of the drawbacks of baking/cooking with Erythritol (Swerve) as it has a much lower saturation point when dissolved into liquids. Being that is is only about 70% as sweet as sugar, you need to use more of it to get that level sweetness desired. Because of those two factors, once what ever liquid or baked good you have dissolved the Erythritol into, once it starts to cool the sweetener will recrystallize. Hence the purchase of the Monk Fruit liquid drops. Pros: This works great for sweetening both hot and cold foods and liquids. You don't have to worry about whether it will dissolve, or struggle with recrystallization. Monk Fruit is much sweeter than regular sugar, so you don't need to use much to make something sweet, that makes this bottle have a decent price point too. Cons: I am not a fan of Monk Fruit as a sweetener all by itself. It has a cool, almost acidic vanilla aftertaste that burns my tongue. Not everyone has this problem. I can't do stevia either because of the aftertaste and gastro distress, but few people complain about that either. Bottom Line: We are all different. If you use sugar alternatives, Monk Fruit is a great choice. If you need this for sweetening cold drinks, or need a sweetener, either on it's own or mixed with Erythritol, when baking to avoid recrystallization, this is a great product. While I don't use very much of this at a time, or even frequently, I'm glad to have on hand for those few times I do need it. Definitely a purchase that I will make again.

Healthy for me, and tastes great.
This is the BEST artificial sweetener you can buy. Pros: - Tastes great with minimal after-taste. - The bottle lasts a LONG time (5 drops = 1t sugar) - It's NOT thinned with erythritol (yuck). - Studies show Monkfruit is one of the least-harmful artificial sweeteners, and the liquid form is what you should be using. The store-bought crystals are mostly erythritol which is horrible for you. Stevia is also good but has a very acidic after-taste, and is hard to find in liquid form. Cons: I can't think of any. I use this in pudding, desserts, coffee, cereal, everywhere. Love it.

New Holy Grain Sweetener
This so far is the only product that does not spike my blood sugar, and ACTUALLY TASTES GOOD! No miserable fake after taste to deal with. I am going to be telling everyone about these drops, I'm so glad to have found them. They mix well in cold and hot liquid and the dropper is convenient and clean.

Not strong enough.
Dispenser is great. item looks exactly like the image shown, color and all. It's very easy to bring on the go without worrying about making a mess. Seems to have good flavor, but is no where near as sweet as it claims. That seems to be the outcome of every monk fruit I've been able to try on here. I've over paid on some brands and purchased cheap brands, they all seem to take 25-30 drops to get coffee sweet. When I was told about Monk Fruit a few years back, I found one that you only used 2-3 drops as to not end up with a Starbucks sugary drink. I haven't been able to find that same one again. I feel that these are being cut as I have tasted a pure monk fruit that 2 drops was too much usually for a large mug of coffee!

A premium product with premium design
The bottle is well constructed, and the lid and eyedropper end are top notch. It is incredibly difficult to add more than you'd want to your food or drinks. Ingredients appear to be exactly as described, 100% Monk fruit extract. Obviously, taste will vary from person to person, but I found this to be an ideal sugar substitute for coffee. Many companies make these sort of bottles full squirt bottles, trying to make you waste some of your product to buy more faster, even though this is the sort of thing you need to measure in drops. This company, however, prioritized the user experience. I will almost certainly purchase this product again in the future. EDIT: I have seem some people claiming there are sugar alcohols in this... there aren't. I know because sugar alcohols make me incredibly, incredibly ill, and this has not done that in the slightest. I will also add, I got the 1.5 fl oz bottle, I do not know if the eyedropper type experience is present for the larger bottle (though based on the pictures I doubt it.)

Not worth it
I've tried monk "blends" of monk/erythritol and monk/allulose. in truth, those were actually erythritol or allulose with some monk fruit added. The ratio is not written anywhere. The erythritol/monk blend was sweet but it turns out that erythritol is not healthy for you at all. The allulose/monk blend was not sweet at all and caused GI problems for me. I've tried one drop of this monk extract directly on my tongue and it was UNBEARABLY sweet! However, there was some sort of taste associated with it. I've never had monk fruit so maybe this is the taste. Maybe it's full of chemicals? Some people will like it or wont mind it, some will absolutely hate it. This taste will have compatibility issues with the things you mix it in. Perhaps it will make your coffee or tea sweet but taste horrible. I've been trying to use these sugar alternatives in my smoothies and have failed. I added 20 drops of this monk extract to my 32+ Oz smoothies and not only does it not really sweeten it but makes it taste quite bad. I also develop GI problems due to adding too much. I'm also reading everywhere the products claiming to be from monk fruit have been diluted substantially. So, what is this stuff being diluted with??? I pretty much have given up on these alternative sweeteners. I don't use them for tea or coffee, just smoothies. Nowadays I add one banana and 3 dates + 3 figs. It makes my smoothies taste good and sweet plus doesn't cause me any adverse side effects for my health. Not worth it IMHO.
