We have always used the traditional mercury based thermometer and the need for a new one felt after the old one broke. While I was on a lookout for a new one, i found out that electronic and mercury based thermometers cost more or less the same. A flexible tip was an added advantage. So I zeroed on to this. This product here serves the purpose well. You can change from Fahrenheit to Celsius or vice versa at the touch of a button. Measurement takes about 10-12 seconds after pressing the button and will beep once done. Readability is easy (but no backlight). At the other end is the battery cap. Although I haven't tried replacing the tiny single battery but I think it shouldn't be a problem for the most of us. The device is waterproof and lightweight, so I'm assuming it to give me years of service.

Ok Device with Cheap Protective Case
Thermometer Device is ok and working fine but It's protective case which suppose to ensure long time usability of the device is very cheap quality plastic and dented at 2 places already. This puts big questions mark on its durability.

Worst product ever received, I checked today and it’s not working. The top side was bent toward left . The only message on display was err. Never buy better pay that money to a needy
