Very good quality worth the money!

Always supplement my diet with cod liver oil and find solgar softgels to be the best for me, easy to swollow and from a trusted well known company so you know what your getting.

There's a myriad of options with cod liver oil but I picked this because 1. It's on the subscribe and save and 2. It's not in a plastic pot but glass with a metal lid... Although... It did come sealed in a plastic tube (sigh) and wrapped in bubble wrap (sigh... Can I even recycle bubble wrap?) (no idea)That's why I've only given it 4/5

Love the packaging of Solgar. The glass container makes it feel more premium.The supllements are quite easy to swallow and have no taste which I like.The smell isn't too bad and does not turn my stomach.

With solgar you're dealing with a top rated company, so although I can't say I've noticed any difference in health, I continue taking them because I know cod live oil is beneficial, and I believe in Solgar's reputation.

Love Solgar products anyway, I would always highly recommend. Can be pricey but if you can afford them go for it. I bought the cod liver oil capsules as my nails were getting brittle and joints creaking(!). Taken first thing in morning with glass of water, can’t taste it at all. I’ve now been taking them for over 2 weeks and I can see a difference in my nails, hopefully I’ll see or hearless from my joints soon too!
