10000% obsessed. I’ve been using her daily for about two months now. I was originally afraid the strap was too thin and I really load this bag up; energy drinks, cameras, keys, 12 lip glosses and the strap has held up great. No complaints at all. Also the color clay is so perfect. 💓

Used Bag and Not Protected in Box
My bag arrived “same day” but just thrown into a generic clear bag, no stuffing inside for shape, no filler in the box to keep it from being banged around, and clearly used. This is NOT what I expect from Coach OR Amazon. I’m really upset but I’m sure nobody will care about my review. I’d return the bag and order a new one but I’m worried I’ll lose the discount AND I’ll probably get another used bag.
