the swirling spiral side holds the dough and doesn't let it out easily. Both batches were not useable
I'm just learning and I am figuring out how to use this stamp to make corzetti pasta so my review may change as I gain more knowledge. I have tried twice now to use this stamp and with both doughs, the swirling spiral side holds the dough and doesn't let it out easily. Both batches were not useable. I'm not sure if it is the design or as I said my inexperience but so far this corzetti stamp is not easy to use.
