Used for five years and no problems and the cord wasn’t working so we bought the same exact one, it still works, love it. Since childhood my mom bought black and decker irons and now I do the same. It doesn’t stick to clothes. Doesn’t burn easily, it’s easy to use/glide. Durable used it for 5 years

I haven't had to buy an iron in years so I was apprehensive about getting a new one. I selected this one because it is a brand I know. It is a great iron for a great price. It is lightweight, heats quickly and irons well. I use it mostly for quilting so having it flatten seams and remove creases is important. This iron is so much better than my old one and I'm so glad that it needed replacing!

This little iron surprised me. It heats up fast, shoots out a good amount of steam, and tackles my wrinkled shirts like a champ. It’s lightweight, and easy to handle

The iron is lightweight and does an excellent job, even on tougher fabrics like cotton twill. It produces just the right amount of steam, and is very easy to handle. The only negative is that the water tank is a dark blue, and that makes it difficult to see the water level. If the iron holds up over time, this will be a great purchase at an amazingly low price.

It's lite weight and the amount of continuous steam is so helpful when preparing fabric for sewing. Very easy to handle.

This is advertised on Amazon UK - I did not expect it to be coming from the USA and not have an english plug on the cord. Just something for other UK purchasers to be aware of.

This is a super lightweight and compact iron with good gliding surface. It works well, no dripping so far, I find the cable to be long enough. It is compact, but the water tank is enough for about 10 minutes of ironing at full power without need for refill. Iron is only 1200 W, not 2000 W as stated here. I bought this IR06V variant for 40 CAD and preferred it over buying the cheaper one IR06VC sold for 25 CAD just because I thought it was 2000 W. I wonder what the difference between IR06V and IR06VC is. When used at maximum power the iron turns on every 15-20s when in use, which is a bit unusual. Anyways I use it for daily quick (max 5 minutes) ironing at full power and so far no issues with it. I might write an update later. And for those that might be concerned, I also had water droplets inside the tank, but this should be not something one should be worried about. It is actually a proof that this item was tested for quality. EDIT: After nearly a year it is still going strong and there is no dripping. Very good product, I cn recommend.

It works as expected. It it holds for 2-3 years, then it's worth it. The only problem I have is that the description on Amazon says clearly "2000W", which was a factor when I bought it, only to find out it's only 1200W. It would have been a 5 star for a 1200W iron. The seller should change the description and stop deceiving customers.
