No instructions, disassembled and cheap.
Arrived without any instructions, can't even figure how to assemble it from the photos... Will be returning, would not recommend.

Fixes your posture
It’s not a permanent solution but it will help you get through the day with less pain. I have mine in the basement hanging on a bar attached to the ceiling and sometimes i hang myself hands free for a few seconds then i stop to take a break and repeat. The relief feels so good, specially after a long day from work. Be very careful I am not suggesting you to do it how i do! You can hang it from your door or have someone carefully stretch your neck with the device. This’s was meant to decompress your spine nerves and improve poor posture.
