My flavour saviour!
My mom's cooking can be pretty bland, but this baby turns that into a gourmet meal! Just crush it and cook it in some hot oil and pour that over your meals to make them delicious. Can be crushed and used for a lot of other goodies as well #IYKYK

Citrus flavoured leaves
The kaffir lime leaves had a nice citrus flavour which went well with the Thai curry paste I used for the fish curry.

Smells of citronella, not kaffir lime
Was looking forward to this getting delivered.specially scheduled a panamg curry dinner with my wife once I receive this.but this was a big big disappointment.i really thought urban platter was a trustworthy brand.this smalls of citronella.not kaffir lime.i smelt directly from container and then soaked in warm water on a friend's recommendation.still doesnt smell of kaffir lime.if anything, it smells of citronella.and I don't use citronella for cooking Thai food.i use citronella to wipe the floor.to get rid of ants.what non sense?

Unlike the real things
I tried using in different to extract maximum flavor but it's tasteless. I am used to fresh Kaffir lime leaves and just a couple of leaves crushed w/ your spices and roasted in oil can add the most beautiful southeast asian flavor to your dishes. This is deeply disappointing!
