The packaging is quite good and the bottle provides useful details such as batch number, manufacturing/expiry date, dosage and customer-care information. As mentioned on the pack, the recommended serving is approximately 5 g with warm water once a day. They have provided a beautiful wooden spoon for the same. What I like is that this isn't presented as a single-ingredient supplement; it combines several traditional herbal ingredients. However, I would keep expectations realistic because herbal supplements can affect people differently, and the manufacturer's claims about stamina, energy and performance aren't the same as independently established clinical results. I bought this for my husband, but he stopped using it after a few days as it made him feel uneasy and his BP seemed to increase. So, I can’t honestly say how effective it is. I would suggest people with high BP or any health issues consult a doctor before using it.
