But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. This bottle comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more gummies and/or use a smaller bottle. In this case I prefer more gummies because I like at least one month's worth in a bottle, and this has only 20 days' worth. If used as directed it will last 20 days. The expiration date on mine (THANK YOU for not printing it on the bottom of the bottle!) is Nov 2027. The gummies are somewhat firm, which I like. I do NOT like the grittiness from the sugar. I don't like things coated in sugar anyway, but this is worse because it has a feel to it that's hard to explain - finer than sugar and with a kind of dry powderiness to it that I am unfamiliar with. There is also somewhat of an odd aftertaste that doesn't wait until you're done eating the gummies to show up; it goes along with the odd scent - somewhat reminiscent of strawberries, but not in an appealing way. The scent and taste aren't enough to deter me from using them for magnesium, but I know some people who will avoid them. I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those.
