Very effective without cramps
I've used these for years (at least 18 years). Very good, do exactly as they say and I wouldn't use anything else. Very reasonably priced and i only take 2 capsules at night after my evening meal. Highly recommend them. Service through amazon prime very fast delivery.

I'm on a Mounjaro journey so it can make you a little constipated, started taking them about a week ago, they seem to be working, the down side is they taste awful.

These do work but…
Easy to swallow capsules, given they are 2cm in length, but sadly not for me, I experienced bad griping pains. Passed them on to my partner who experiences occasional constipation, he took one, & was pleased with the result.
