Based on the price alone, I was reluctant to buy this unit. After all, how could a blood pressure monitor at this price point be any good? I'm glad I risked it, because I was wrong. This unit works better than most of the automatic devices I've had used on me at doctor offices, with expected results. The pump is quiet and smooth. This is one of those units that measures your blood pressure on the way down, not up, like on some others. The smoothness and accuracy of the pressure release is what really stands out. That smoothness allows for very accurate readings and great repeatability. I had a couple of issues with the instructions. Specifically, although the instructions say it does, it does not come with batteries; the lack of a volume control mentioned; a user switching suggestion; and some spelling errors. Normally, these types of issues would reduce my rating by one star. However, after contacting their customer support, they agreed with me and said they would implement most all of my comments into their next User's Manual. That's service! Otherwise, the instructions are thorough, in-depth and informative. They aren't some mixed-up poorly translated instructions like you see a lot these days. I've never heard of this brand before. Now they have me curious what else they make! I'll be looking, that's for sure.

The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time and has so far been working flawlessly. I also liked the fact that it came with a power plug so I don't have to use batteries, unlike the last bp monitor that I owned. My only complaint is there were minor scuffs on the display panel- since this is supposed to be new, it should be in mint condition. Hopefully it will continue to perform like a new product.

Almost didn't buy the Beemoon since Omron 10 price dipped to forty-five dollars, but I missed the deal so went ahead with the Beemoon purchase as doctor has required me to take daily blood pressure for new medications, and the Beemoon has price dipped to eighteen instead of the current twenty. Little did I know that I was able to get another Omron 10 in just 2 days when price again dipped to forty-five dollars. Since both were purchased at discounted prices, I decided to keep them both, with one as a back up, hence, I have been able to do a comparison test for both - one in the morning and one at night, for 3 days, for 2 people (spouse and I). We either used Beemoon first then Omron 10 when measurement was finished, or vice versa. Some 15- 20 tests or so...IT IS INCREDIBLELY ACCURATE (compare to Omron 10 - my assumption here is that the readings from Omron are accurate)! Readings between Beemoon and Omron 10 are within10 mm Hg. That degree of difference is extremely small - most within 5 mm Hg, and some times the 2 are identical!That's not to say there isn't any flaw with Beemoon. After all, there's a reason why Omron 10 sells regularly at over a hundred (except in Amazon where you can get it for less than fifty so often).(1) Beemoon is more noisy during pump operation;(2) Beemoon's cuff is a bit more difficult to use than Omron - you can use one hand to wrap the cuff around your other arm with Omron, but it's best to have someone to help you with Beemoon's (or use your lower jaw to help while wrapping the cuff with your other hand);(3) Built quality isn't as nice - there's only 1 set of press-able button (the "SET - Start/Stop - MEM" is one hard molded piece), and it's kind of loose like it's going to come out (but not);(4) Although Beemoon does state that it can give you the average of 3 readings, that's really misleading in my point of view. With Omron, you can configure the machine to take 3 readings in sequence automatically, then Omron will give the average at the end of 3rd test; with Beemoon, you actually have to do 3 SEPARATE measurements manually at just minutes apart (result of each test will be given), and go to MEM to see the average, and the average is from the last 3 measurements you have taken..(4) It's quite confusing with where to get support and warranty for the machine. The box has a US contact info at the bottom. There's a card inside the box that gives you another contact info. The instruction manual has support email from China, but nothing about US contact. Worst of all, the manual - except of the front cover - is for a machine of the same model but of a different brand, and that machine only has a 1 year warranty instead of the 3 years for the Beemoon (see Amazon product description)! I had to clarify that with Amazon CSR and I was assured that the warranty will be 3 years, either get it from info from the card, or from Amazon directly. (Omron has 5 years warranty for your information.)So should you get this instead of Omron 10? YES! All of the above flaws are minor ones. It's less than 1/2 the price of Omron 10 ON SALE, but with almost identical accuracy, and you also received 2/3 of the warranty too.Beemoon also comes with an USB charging cable which you can use to power the machine (you just need a USB plug to the wall socket, or connect to a USB hub for power directly). No battery is needed! (I hate using batteries as blood pressure monitoring machines eat them like candies!)

This monitor is great! It's simple and user friendly, so if you just want to check on your pressure and heart rate without all kind of confusing buttons, setting and options, this is the one for you. I had my blood pressure taken at the Dr's. office yesterday, and the readings I am getting off of this machine today are in the same range. Make sure you read the directions and place the cuff on your arm properly, and you won't get all upset and start writing negative reviews about how the "numbers are off" *cough cough user error cough*.

Very quick and easy to setup and use! I’m not sick often, and therefore rarely visit the doctor to have my blood pressure checked. This device allows myself and my family to keep tabs on our blood pressure whenever we want. I would definitely recommend it.

I like the monitor and was easy to use after reading instructions. Small enough to take on trips or to gym to monitor blood pressure. Cheaper than many with negative reviews and higher prices. Overall recommend others to buy

I was hoping batteries were with it..but for the cost it's perfect and reading accurate ..good buy
