Pat LaFrieda USDA Choice T Bone Steak, 1 lb

I should start by saying that I am a vegetarian and did not eat these steaks myself. This review is based on the overwhelmingly positive cheers and raving being done by the people who did eat them. They would not shut up about how good they are. Honestly, they kept going on and on about how delicious and tender the steak was. They are a little on the expensive side, to be sure, but gauging by the reaction to them, they were worth the money. I am glad I made my husband's birthday a success by purchasing these steaks for him.

Great steak wasn't frozen, nice and fresh. Barely any fat on the steaks edges. Steak was flavorful and tender. Topped it off with some sauteed shrimp and onion. Will purchase again!!

WOW - I have never had a steak like this. Absolutely fantastic !! Well marbled and stayed juicy throught the entire cooking process. Wonderful flavor, very tender, and top quality. I would definitaly buy these steaks again.

Holy COW! That was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! While the price may seem high, it’s way less than what we’d’ve spent if we’d had the same meal at a restaurant.

It was juicy and flavorful! We had to get this steak as we couldn’t find it at Whole Foods. When it came, we were disappointed as the meat seemed to be colorless and not the original “fresh” pink/red color we’re used to. We made it a few days ago and we were in for a surprise. It was juicy! We’ll definitely be getting this again! Give it a try!

My only regret was that I purchase one instead of half a dozen! I wasn't halfway through it before regretting that I didn't have several more in the freezer! That was one delicious, tender steak!

This steak was passable with a good amount of seasoning but certainly wasn't worth the price. It was rather thin, not that tender, and flavorless, and just not the exciting piece of steak I look forward to with a T-bone. I would recommend selling T-bone fresh cut off the butcher block rather than prepackaged, as I think maybe it was sitting around in a warehouse too long and may also have been an inferior cut of meat. I'm sure Amazon could do that. I wouldn't buy this again. It was rather disappointing. I usually eat one half a steak as a meal and then slice up the other in thin strips for fajitas and this stuff was dense when I used it after just a day or two later for my Fajitas; not the tender meat I like in that dish.

Although you are only allowed two at purchase, it is an excellent quality of beef. I enjoyed each one immensely, they cook evenly n quickly…the flavor is delicious. I will continue to order as long as it remains reasonable.
