One person's perspective: My boys would always come over and hang out on my bed while I was reading and grab my pillows and lay on their stomachs to look at their own books or phones; now they don't have to, because this pillow is perfectly placed for them to lean on instead! It's soft and cushy, with an option pillow that can be attached and left on or thrown off. It was really smart to have a snap for it, because it can dangle and not get lost. We don't use it as much for leaning back on, but it functions for that as well; it's a good TV pillow if you have kids that like to lay on the floor and have something to prop their head up against. My only complaint is that it doesn't put away easily. It is a full sized pillow, but you can't really lean it on the bed with the other pillows and it doesn't stow away easily. If you're fine just leaving it on the bed or out in the living room, it will be fine, but it does take up significant space. Another perspective: Very well made and extremely comfortable. I really like the simplicity of the design. There are several different ways the pillow can be placed for using it. The pillow is on a strap and can also be detached if desired. Pillow pops back to form quickly. It is firm, but not too firm.

3/6/26 This ergonomic support pillow for couples is a multi functional foam cushion that promises to relieve pressure, neck stiffness and back pain as well as being an aid to cuddling. Unfortunately there was no documentation enclosed to show how it's used. Fortunately, there are multiple similar products so that I was able to look up how various others used it. My skepticism turned into happiness when I began using it. First off, its a big dense bulky foam structure so be aware of that. You won't be able to stuff it easily into any storage you may have. I use it behind my back in a recliner while on my laptop and it really helps my back because of the big bulge filling the lumbar space and my neck posture is much improved. And unlike pillows, this will keep its shape. My wife and I use it on the sofa too. We put it between us and it made a huge difference. We all know how uncomfortable it is to share that one narrow armrest between two people in a movie theater or airplane. No fun, right? Now imagine that the armrest is super padded and and a foot and a half wide. Now you each have not only a place to put your arm but also a way to lean into it for support. Much better! I've also used it while lying on a bed and listening to headphones. The curve really supports the neck and head well. I tried sitting in bed but found no appreciable comfort. There's just something about assuming a perfect right angle with your upper body upright, legs splayed out horizontally and knees locked that defies being comfortable. It does work well to go under your knees though Disclaimer: I'm 65 so your results may differ lol. I didn't try lying on my stomach with it. I have serious qualms about even trying it because I've always had issues with that particular position. I do remember doing so as a teenager so if you're still young and limber you might enjoy it too. The upshot is that there's really no wrong or right way to use it. I can imagine all sorts of positions for its use in the bedroom. If you find it comfortable, do it. The outer shell is not removable so it may stain or pick up odors in time. It may be tough to launder unless you have access to a commercial washer/dryer. I give it a 4

Upon first use, I was excited and this body pillow seemed to be comfortable; however, after extended use, your body can get very achy. Although it's firm, a decent size for any sized adult, soft, and it gives support, something is missing for there not be so much discomfort after using. I'm not fully sold so buyers beware.

I'm a stomach sleeper and finding a pillow that actually supports that position without waking up with a sore neck or numb arms is a constant struggle. This contoured memory foam pillow with its 27° angle design genuinely helps. The arched shape creates a natural space for your arms when lying face down so they're not getting crushed under your body weight, and the angle keeps your head and neck in a more neutral position than just burying your face in a flat pillow. The detachable small pillow is a nice addition for customizable support. I've used it to prop up my head when reading in bed and under my legs when I want to take pressure off my lower back. The memory foam is high-density and strikes a good balance between soft and supportive - it conforms to your body without bottoming out. After about a month of regular use, it's held its shape with no noticeable sagging or flattening. The removable cover makes cleaning easy, which is a must for something your face is going to be pressed against regularly. The anti-slip particles on the bottom actually work - the pillow stays put on the bed and doesn't shift around while you sleep, which was a problem I had with a wedge pillow I tried previously. Beyond sleeping, I've used this on the couch for reading and watching TV. The 27° angle is comfortable for leaning back and the contoured shape provides decent lumbar support when you position it behind you. It's lightweight enough to move from the bedroom to the couch without any hassle. A couple things to note: the memory foam does have a slight new foam smell when you first unbox it, but it aired out within a day or two. Also, if you're a side or back sleeper this pillow isn't really designed for those positions - it's specifically contoured for stomach sleeping and lounging. The grey color blends well with most bedding and doesn't look out of place. Recommend for fellow stomach sleepers who are tired of waking up with dead arms.

This pillow feels pretty good to use. Especially if you use it laying down on your belly. It keeps your shoulders from hurting fron the constant pressure of your body weight. The neck support keeps your spine in line so that you dobnot get fatigued easily. The arm cut outs makes it so you can use your hands without getting overwhelmed from circulation cutoff. The material feels great as well. It does not hold a tom of heat it is breathable. It is also is a great way to stretch in the downward position as well. So the versatility of stretching and comfortable positioning is nice. It keeps your hips aligned, your wasit does not suffer impact of your weight. The shape keeps you inline at all times s when in use. Overall it is a great piece to use fir stretching and sleeping

Good quality and surprisingly comfortable. The angled design helps reduce pressure on the neck and shoulders when lying face down, and it’s versatile enough for sleeping, reading, or just relaxing. It does take up quite a bit of space, especially on a couch, and may not be the best fit for larger-framed individuals. Overall, a solid and well-made pillow with good comfort and versatility.

I purchased this ergonomic contoured pillow to help with some back issues that I was experiencing. The pillow is very nice with quality memory foam and a nice cover. However, this pillow is designed for the smaller user and wasn't a good match for my larger frame and weight. This size issue is obvious when using the pillow on a horizontal surface - the contours don't line up with my body contours making it ineffective for what it's designed to do. Using it in a sitting back support configuration it takes up too much space pushing one to the front edge of the seat. The height is also a mismatch in this application. It is really a nice pillow but without a better fit for me the price is too high to appreciate. Overall, I would recommend this pillow for smaller, petite users and not for larger ones.
