Can it be pulled around like a dragsteer

not big enough to pull behind a horse but you could drag it around by hand. it is still a nice size.

What head works with this?

You can used a calf or steer head. We have both. Bought them from Sullivans Sadalry in Marysville, Ca. They can also be found at Tractor Supply. As long as it has the 2 holes for the rods to hook to.

The total length is 45" assembled, 24" tall and 24" wide (widest part at the horns) the base is about the same width as the horns
