Originally marked this down to 3 stars because of the relative high price but this Artistik version wins hands down over the cheaper models because of the heavy quality wood which is finished in a deep varnish. It’s predictably sturdy and I mainly use it to dry and present small canvasses. The one shown is 10” x 8”Now revised to a 4 star plus. Excellent quality.

When item arrives end of box was open. Although all wooden parts were still in there were no screws so easel kept falling apart

What can I say? It’s small, petite form and elegant design was exactly what my book needed

The appearance was perfect size was a bit small but useful it was the right size for the money I paid

Didn't look closely enough at the size of canvas the easel could hold. Turned out to be much too small as my wife does relatively big canvases of 60cm plus. Had thrown away the packaging so couldn't send it back. Not so expensive, but probably won't use it. Never mind.
