Great sound, small package
The size of this subwoofer is deceiving; it is, if anything, too powerful (I have the crossover set at 100 and the volume set at less than a quarter of the maximum potential volume). I purchased it to add a little kick to my McIntosh RS200 and it has definitely delivered, providing rich, full room-filling bass. In comparison to other subs I've owned (from an Orb Mini to a Klipsch SPL 150), it is among the very best. At under $300, it was also a great deal given the quality of the sound it produces. I'm impressed with its power, its aesthetic appeal, and the build/craftsmanship.

Why, why, why?
I paired this little powerhouse with a pair of white Genelec 8010’s. All I can say is “Wow!” Why would anyone spend $750 for the black Genelec subwoofer? This thing compliments the 8010’s spectacularly. Just set your crossover at 80hz and adjust the level and you'll be in aural heaven.I have read others say this little guy has been discontinued. All I can say is “why?”. The size and performance are great.

Warranty Support? Nope! UPDATE
Resolved, refund was issued. Thank you.I purchased the Kanto Sub6 on July 12th, 2022. On August 21st, it stopped working. I opened a service request with Kanto and received a nice email stating that Electronics Expo had all the inventory on the Sub6 and they would support my warranty claim. Contacted Electronics Expo only to be told “it’s past 30 days so you need to contact Kanto”. Back to Kanto and they assured me that Electronics Expo has a “special agreement” to support the Kanto warranty. After several emails and phone calls, it is clear that Electronics Expo is unaware of any “special agreement”. No resolution to date…..

Great pop in a small, good-looking package!
Since my wife was NOT on the subwoofer train, I needed to find something small that didn’t look like an ugly black suitcase. This little guy fits the bill perfectly. It gives you plenty of thump. I can’t imagine you needing more unless you’re throwing an intergalactic kegger. If you’re looking for a small, cheap, quality sub that actually looks good, this is it!

Sound quality not worth the price. Period
This subwoofer unit works well. I paired it with the YU6 speakers and they just don’t cut it. The YU6 on its own doesn’t have good bass unless it’s paired with the subwoofer. But then, you have to max out the treble to hear the highs, but when cymbals and vocals are going at the same time, there is static. It just can’t cut it. And now one of the woofers in the YU6 is buzzing like crazy if you up the volume to anything above mid level. Not sure if the speaker is shot or if it’s conflicting with the subwoofer. For the price, I’m sure there are better powered shelf speakers out there, I just wish I knew what they were.

Great Sub
This is built like a tank. Great quality at a great price. Blends perfectly with my 60 watt stereo monitors. Just set the crossover at 80hz, and then adjust the volume. Very pleased with my purchase!

Pefect for a desk set up
I got this to go with my Kanto YU4's. It does the job, just enough low to fill what the desktop monitors can't do.

Sound quality and convenience
Great little sub with decent output and compliments the yu4s...first active 2.1 system very pleased with convenience and sound quality. Have no idea why it's been discontinued? Had sub 8 with the yu4s but it overwhelmed the yu4s, I ordered yu6s to use with the sub 8 to replace surround sound system in livingroom...not a big fan of surround...lmao not many movies worth watching these days...tv sucks, more vinyl equals more karma...kill your television before it kills you...btw wife loves looks and how easy it is to use
