Its a great headset been running these since they came out one of if not the best on the market

Love the brand, but sound quality horrible after 60 days couldn’t return an item because of past return time but thank you to Amazon customer service for understanding and exchanging the headset for me

Worked 2 days and died, second legend 50 in a row!

This is the second one of these I have purchased in this line. The last one lasted 6+ years. What I like best about this is the microphone does not pick up any background noises and really makes your voice come through clearly. The USB dongle changes to red when you're unmuted for a visual confirmation.

This is a great headset and worth the cost. I bought another version which was a hundred dollars cheaper and didn't work at all with my devices. Easy to connect and clear audio.

Buyer beware the reviews with issues are true. Purchased this headset in April 2025 and the headset worked well for the first 35 days and then the problems started. Doesn’t answer/pick up the call when you say answer the call has to be answered on the phone, if it does answer the call the headset goes in and out and sounds like you’re under water. Very expensive and not even 3 months of use. How can this be changed out for another one or a refund?

I’ve been using this headset for over a month now, and overall, it’s been reliable. The sound quality is good - on par with other headsets I’ve used - but nothing that really stands out. What I do appreciate is the charging setup. It’s super convenient to drop it in the case, and I like that there’s an extra charging port on the corner so I don’t have to open the whole thing just to power up. Battery life easily lasts me through the day, and the dual charger for car or wall use is a nice touch. Especially since I can use that on a bunch of other accessories. Noise cancellation is where pretty good. I’ve taken calls in the car and folks on the other end say they can’t hear any road noise, which is impressive. That said, the earpiece is a bit of a miss for me - it’s not very comfortable, and I wish they offered different size earpiece options. Also, the price feels steep compared to similar headsets that do the same job. If the audio had really wowed me, I might feel differently, but as it stands, it’s a decent headset with a few limitations.

Fantastic bit of kit, only shame is that it cannot maintain two separate bluetooth connection while also connected to the wireless dongle
