The product itself is very good. But when it comes to putting the suction cups onto the PVC round stickies, they do not work at all. The suction cups do not stay in place and float up when filling the tub with water.

Very loud no chance to relax. Sitting on the mat is uncomfortable. Heater did not keep water warm, it got cool very fast. It’s a pain to set up and pain to remove. I returned it with no problem

Mat won't stay suction to the tub. The bubbles are wonderful but fighting to be comfortable when it's constantly lifting off the floor of the tub is absolutely HORRIBLE.

Ordered it on Monday, got it on Tuesday. Set up was fairly simple. Suction cups work great however, if your tub is texture…it takes a little bit of muscle to get the mat to stay down. I saw someone said they used a piece of something smooth to attach it to, smart move. When you turn the machine on it’s not noiseless however it’s not screaming at you like a vacuum being left on in a corner. The bubbles are VERY relaxing. The heat feature doesn’t warm cold water but it will help your desired water temp last a little longer. If u like bubbles…less is more otherwise you will end up with a big ole mess. Overall, money well spent. Even my 5 year old loved it.

It does what it says it does, I’m very impressed with this product ! In order for the suction to happen, you have to place the plastic sticky disk on your bathtub then it won’t lift up
