Not sure the issue that people have with this. I travel 8 times a mi th to Europe (flight attendant) and this is by for the best converter I’ve owned.

Bought this for a 2 week trip to Japan. It worked for 3 days without any issues. However, the device started working for 30 seconds - 1 minute and then would shut off. Hit the reset button and then same thing would happen again. Piece of junk. Never felt hot like it was overheating and I was only charging a laptop and a couple mobile devices. Do not buy. Unfortunately by the time we returned from our trip the window to return the item had passed.

This was PERFECT for a trip to Europe. I was so glad to have an extension cord since you never knew where the outlets were going to be.

This saved my trip. Traveled to several countries and it worked on each.

Does what it’s supposed to and works well enough. Docked it 2 stars for the following reasons. 1. The fan inside is pretty loud, very noticeable and runs intermittently. 2. If the unit loses power, you have to manually push the power button after restoring power to activate it. During our travel, each room had a slot for your key card that activated the power in the room. This meant that every time we left and came back, we had to remember to push the button to turn it on to charge the phones. We had a different branded unit that was whisper quiet and automatically came on when power was restored. Loved everything about this item, EXCEPT, it did not work with my hair straightener, which was the key reason I selected this converter. So basically I ended up using it as an adapter, could have bought 10 other items if all I wanted was an adapter.

This product is worth the purchase. It worked in all four countries that I visited: United Kingdom, France, Italy and Germany.

Sent a completely faulty product. Any device plugged in doesn't work. Tried contacting them soon after finding out the problem and there is no way to do that. It asks me to troubleshoot on my own. Absolutely waste of money.
