This kit has saved me money, as I don't need as many reflexology sessions now!
I am a regular visitor to my local beautician for reflexology on my feet. I go regularly because it helps me to relax, and when she's finished, she always tells me what points she found, and what issues could be going on in my body, and she's nearly always right. You feel it give a little, and you get a pain, and know there's something not right when she goes over the points on the feet, with the tiny movements of her hands. I love having it done every month, but it's quite expensive. So when I saw that you could get a reflexology pack, and not only do your feet, but your hands too, I jumped at the chance, and bought it😊 I have used a few times now, it's so easy to use. I just looked it up a bit more online, and got more detailed instructions, and learned more about the subject too. I love doing it on my hands too, especially when I recently had carpal tunnel surgery and have arthritis. It helps me to relax, because it's just like giving my hands a massage, but I have the wooden tools that come with it to do that, so I'm saving my other hand the hard work, and it's the same for my feet. I will still visit my beautician, but every other month or even less, as I have the tools to do it on myself now. I have a lovely drawstring bag to put everything together too. It's such a lovely pack, great value and great quality . It's a great hobby to start, and it's so relaxing too. You can even let other people try it on you, and vice versa! I really am very pleased with my purchase😊

Great and Easy to Use
I’m very happy with this reflexology sock set. The socks are comfortable and clearly marked, which makes it easy to find the right pressure points. The massage tools are simple but effective, and I could feel the difference after just a few uses. It’s a nice set for relaxing at home and a good value for the price. I would definitely recommend it
