Slow shipping. Ordered week inadvance, luckily got delivered day of wedding. The cake and cookies were hard. Had I know the quality I would have saved my money.

Delicious but arrived damaged.
Product is delicious and was fresh. I tried Carla’s at a party and loved it all, so I decided to make an order myself. The shipping is high, but I was fine paying it. However, the box arrived crushed and quite a few cookies were smashed and had to be thrown away. I did reach out to Clara’s and all they said they couldn’t control what happens during shipping. That said, I will not order again since I can not reply on receiving a product that isn’t damaged.
