Fantastic pole saw!
Thus electric Ryobi pole saw is fantastic & at a great price! It has a good length and weight balance. It also has plenty of power and with a sharp chain, it cuts through limbs like a hot knife through butter! The only negative is that the scabbard sent with it is a useless piece of junk. Thanks fir a great buy!

Not as advertised
The description says it is a battery powered saw, but it isn't. It is 120V corded saw. The saw works fine and I love it, but the description wasn't correct.

Unprofessional Service
This tree saw was a total loss. Plugged in and no power. Unit would not even turn on new out of the box. Contacted seller called SVENIONS. They constantly wanted me to send defective saw back to them but you cannot put saw back into box for return shipment. Once you snap the two end shafts into middle pole the unit becomes one long 8 foot pole with no accessible way to release pins again. Terrible design from Ryobi and no compensation from SVENIONS. Waste of $75.00.

Incorrect description on item
We generally love the Ryobi products and love this Pole Saw but the description said it was battery operated vs electric. I did see the picture that shows a cord but ordered it anyway. We are keeping it as it can be used around the outside of our house but the description needs to be corrected. It works well other than a weak pole when fully extended but cuts well.

LIFE IS GOOD WITH THE RIGHT TOOL
My neighbors are envious. Much easier using his tool than using an unsafe ladder and hand saw.
