Ice breaks easily
Great idea but ice pocket breaks open easily

Replacement inserts
Although I ordered the insert set for a shoulder/elbow Pro Ice, I received 2 of the same size inserts, should have had 1 longer. However they will still work properly for icing arms (and knees). Great product for ball players of any sport. Current inserts lasted almost 6 years before needing replaced due to cracks and losing liquid.
