It has a strong, natural strawberry aroma and flavor without tasting artificial or overly candy-like. A little goes a long way, so I didn't need much to get noticeable flavor. The included dropper makes it easy to measure small amounts, which I appreciated since extracts are easy to overdo. It also mixed smoothly into my recipe and, because it's clear, it won't affect the color of your frosting. I also like that this is an oil-soluble extract. That makes it a good choice for recipes like buttercream, chocolate, or other high-fat mixtures where water-based flavorings don't always incorporate as well. Overall, this is a high-quality strawberry extract with excellent flavor and fragrance, and I'm excited at some of the possibilities for using it. 3 oz is a lot, and it only takes a few drops, so this is a really good value. Review: Great flavor for homebrewed beer - I was looking for a precise way to add a bright, natural berry profile to my homebrewed beer, and this extract proved to be an ideal addition. Dosing secondary fermenters or kegs can often be a guessing game, but having the included measured dropper makes it effortless to dial in the exact flavor contribution down to the milliliter. Stirring this in during post-fermentation gave my latest fruit beer batch a lush, authentic strawberry aroma and taste without adding any unwanted fermentable sugars or harsh artificial aftertastes. The quality and concentration are top-notch, meaning a small dosage goes a long way without thinning out the body of the beer. Because it blends cleanly and remains sugar-free, it doesn't trigger any unexpected secondary fermentation or alter the gravity of the finished product. If you're a homebrewer seeking a dependable, controllable way to enhance fruit aroma and flavor while keeping your recipes consistent, this extract is a fantastic tool to keep in your brewing kit.

Wonderful in whipped cream
It is strawberry shortcake season here, and of course that means lots home made whipped cream. We experimented with using this natural strawberry extract in our heavy cream, and wow! It turned out very nice, especially since we do add powdered sugar to the cream, which seems to pull out more of the strawberry flavor. The 3 ounce size is perfect for our needs, and is priced well.

Delightful extract
Kismet prompted me to order this strawberry extract. I love strawberries but don’t always have them when I’m craving a taste. So far, I have used this extract by adding it to my oatmeal, a fruity herbal tea, and muffins and it’s really convenient to have this in my pantry for when the mood hits me. You don’t need much for hint of flavoring and it won’t totally take over what you are mixing it with. You get 3.1 ounces and a measured dropper, which is enough to use in many foods or drinks, making it all more flavorful. I have some fruity teas that are aren’t very strong, so a couple of drops in my tea pops up my drink. Because this extract is sugar-free, I add a bit of stevia or honey to the tea. I don’t need fresh strawberries if I want it in my oatmeal, yesterday I had some fresh blueberries and chopped pecans in my oatmeal and added some coconut milk that was mixed with a few drops of this extract, plus a little stevia. Delicious treat with enriched strawberry flavor. It does have sunflower oil in the ingredients, so put this in your concoction with that in mind. Experiment with this by adding it to lots of cakes, cookies, breads, plus waffles or pancakes. Note that it doesn't change the color of what you add it to. I usually start with a little less than ½ tsp and add more the next time if you want to boost the taste more. For drinks, I start with about 3 drops and work my way up from there. It’s fun to have this on hand, and you have a lot of options to brighten a meal or dessert or drink. Go for it.

Strong strawberry flavor
This is a nice and strong strawberry extract. It came very well packed in a durable glass bottle and includes a glass dropper lid which is a very nice bonus. The dropper lid does not leak and allows you to dispense accurate measures of the liquid. The liquid has a very nice strawberry smell and flavor but is almost colorless. Just a few drops are enough for baking small cakes and such. I also pour a couple of drops in my vanilla ice cream to enhance its taste. The only little issue is that it leaves behind a very slight aftertaste which I am not a fan of. At $13.99 for a 3 fl oz bottle, it is reasonably priced.

Strawberry yummm
I picked up the Rylenor Strawberry Extract to add a stronger strawberry note to baked goods and drinks, and after a few uses, I’m pretty happy with it. The bottle is small but well‑made, and the included measured dropper is actually useful — it lets you dial in the flavor instead of accidentally overdoing it. The extract itself has a bright, candy‑leaning strawberry aroma, and the color is a deep red that mixes cleanly into batters and liquids. In real use, it performs better than I expected for the price. A little goes a long way, especially in frostings, whipped cream, and drinks. In baked goods, the flavor softens slightly but still comes through, which isn’t always the case with fruit extracts. It’s sugar‑free and blends smoothly without leaving any weird aftertaste or artificial edge. For a 3‑ounce bottle, the value is solid — especially since you only need a few drops at a time. My first test was adding it to a homemade latte, and the result was basically “strawberry milk for adults” in the best way. Later I tried it in a batch of cupcakes, and the flavor held up nicely without tasting fake or chemical. It’s not the same as using real strawberries, but it gives you a clean, reliable strawberry boost when you need one. Bottom line: this is a versatile, good‑quality extract that works well in drinks, desserts, and anything that needs a pop of strawberry flavor. The dropper makes it easy to control, and the bottle should last a while. A great little pantry upgrade.

A Sweet Touch for Baking and Drinks
For me, this strawberry extract has been such a fun addition to my kitchen. Just a tiny teaspoon brings a fresh, fruity aroma to my cakes, cookies, and milkshakes, making them feel a little more special. I really like how the water-based formula keeps that sweet strawberry scent even after baking, so everything smells and tastes delightful from start to finish. I also appreciate how concentrated it is—just a drop or two can make a noticeable difference without overwhelming the flavor. It mixes easily into drinks or desserts, and I like that it’s alcohol-free and sugar-free, so it feels like a cleaner way to add a natural strawberry twist. The bottle is compact and sealed, which keeps the flavor fresh every time I use it, making it easy to experiment without worrying about it losing its scent.

Good for baking , not as great in tea/coffee/milk
This has a very nice strawberry nose to it when smelling the liquid in the bottle. I find the rresults are a bit mixed in practice however. When adding this to liquids to drink - I find it has very little flavor. For example I had to add a lot, 5+ drops, to tea to get any semblence of flavor out of it. That seems like a huge amount considering I can use just 10 drops in a large loaf of bread and it yields some strawberry-like flavor to the whole loaf. It must be something to do with the way it is made that it works better in baked goods than in liquids. Maybe heat brings the flavor out? Regardless, I really do like using it in my sourdough baking when making pastry loaves - it adds a nice strawberry flavor to them.
