Simple upgrade that made my scooter feel new again
I installed the S866 LCD display on my electric scooter after my original panel stopped working, and the difference was noticeable right away. Mounting it on the 22.2mm handlebar was quick, and once powered on, the screen looked clear and modern compared to my old setup. The backlight is bright enough for evening rides, and I like being able to glance down and immediately see my speed, battery voltage, and total distance without guessing how much range I have left. After a few rides, checking the display became second nature. The settings menu took me a little while to figure out since the button combinations aren’t very obvious at first, and the buttons themselves feel slightly firm when pressing them with gloves on. Once everything was adjusted, though, the display worked consistently and hasn’t given me any issues during daily rides. It’s been reliable so far and feels like a practical replacement that brought my scooter back to life.
