14-inch Steel Drum from "Steel Drum Source" w/ Sticks, Stand, Music Booklet and Free Instructional DVD

I know these are costly if you want a "real" one but this was a joke. My daughter wanted one and we got this one thinking that it would be okay but there was literally no tone whatsoever.

This was purchased as a gift for my son after he had expressed an interest in learning to play the steel drum. He loved it and plays it almost every day. I researched all the various sizes and models and found out that the larger steel drums are priced over $1000.00. So for the money, this was an excellent introduction to the steel drum while we save up for a real one. It also comes with a booklet and video that shows you how to properly strike the notes with the sticks.

Instead of just putting something in a box, seller contacted us to guide us to a slightly different product that better suited our needs. Very helpful and good product.. would not hesitate to deal with.

Very poor quality for the price, out of tune, sticks and stand were cheap. It was returned. Don't buy this!

Great sounding instrument. C major scale, too bad most Buffett tunes we play are in D Major or G Major. So far it is holding its tune.
