Back relieved
Just received the back massager, and itโs working out great so far! The massage strength is spot-onโeffective without feeling overwhelming. The heat feature can get a bit too intense, so I need to take occasional breaks and give it some time to adjust, but overall, itโs definitely a keeper.

Not a durable product.
I loved it at first. I purchased it in March of 2026 and it no longer works. I think it is junk! Don't waster your money.

I really like this back massager. It effectively relieves my back tension, and the heat is wonderful.

Awesome Massager for Any Size Person
This lumbar massager is the perfect fit for any size person. I am a plus size woman and it works well for my size. If you are smaller, it also inflated to creat the perfect contact fit. The massage power is firm but not over powering. It does cycle through varying massage rhythms and intensity. The heating function works well, though the level of heat is not adjustable. I have not yet figured out from the instructions how to get heat and massage together but it is available. The location of the power and settings buttons are on the unit itself instead of on the power cord where you can see them and adjust while the unit is in place behind you. It is USB powered and come with the cord and block to plug in. It does not charge and must be plugged in to an outlet or power bank to operate. Included in my unit was a coupon for a free power bank, so that is a nice bonus. Overall, I am quite pleased with this item other than the placement of the controls.

Helps me.
Have had back problems all my life and recently have had a month long bout with back pain. Didn't have much faith that this product would help or its quality. been using it for a while now and it has definitely helps. Am really surprised at how well each setting works. If it should break down tomorrow, I'll get another

Not reliably made.
I used it for a couple of days, after about a week, the area by the on/off buttons started to have a burnt smell. I returned it. I liked it until it smelled burnt.

Massager works great for relaxing muscles and reducing low back pain.
