THe KMIAN M16.0x1.0 die in the photo looks like a quality piece. The text makes you believe it is in stock, in the US, and ready to ship (it most certainly is not). The die I received was crudely made in China (gift for you!), and did not resemble the item pictured. It made a mess of my threading job, despite the fact that the aluminum rod was held true in a lathe, liberal amounts of cutting fluid were applied, and the die was held true to the work by the tailstock. Very rough, very loose threads. Pay a premium and obtain American made tooling, it will be cheaper in the long run. Now I have a ruined piece, a worthless die, and I still have to shell out for a quality tool. DO NOT REPEAT MY MISTAKE.
