I won't lie, getting this scrolling LED sign set up is not the simplest thing I've ever done. There are many moving parts in terms of programming the text and managing the app configurations that need to be personalized here, so the initial ease of use takes a bit of patience. ​However, once it's completely figured out, the payoff is great. The quality of the display colors and the actual movement of the text are both exceptionally clear. ​The appearance is vibrant and sharp, leading me to believe there will be low pixelization and high efficiency for an infinite amount of time. The brightness is also highly impressive and fully adjustable, ensuring it stands out beautifully in any lighting environment without being obtuse. ​In terms of durability, the unit itself feels relatively heavy-duty and solid, giving the impression that it will be a long-lasting fixture wherever you mount it. ​I will say that changing it up every time via the software will be slightly annoying, but that's the least of the worries when considering the overall performance. ​At its current price point, this offers fantastic value for the money for anyone needing a customized, highly visible message board. It manages to accomplish its goal regarding form and function quite well, and it's a solid win once you get past the initial learning curve.

This sign is a pleasant surprise. It’s quite easy to program and has a lot of options for color, text and animations. The build quality seems solid and it’s easy to hang most anywhere. The lights are bright and easy to see even at a distance. The app is pretty intuitive making it easy to customize and change frequently. It’s good quality for a reasonable price.

poor instructions. still trying to connect with laptop. have it connected to my phone but you can only do so much without a computer. no one to contact. But i think it will be great when connected to laptop and if i can figure out how to work it. im not computer savey but i think its way to complicated.

I was unable to install or properly set up this LED scrolling sign because the required app and website were not accessible in my location. The instructions and software appeared to be in another language, and there was no clear option or support for U.S. access. At this time, I cannot use the product as intended. I will continue to check for updates or improved accessibility, but based on my experience so far, it is not functional for me without app support.

This LED scrolling sign is large, bright and very well made. It has hanging hooks on the top for easy installation and is controlled via a downloadable app on your phone, which is also how you design and load the text messages. The result is bright and gorgeous and can scroll, blink, show the lettering in rainbows of colors. That's the really good part. Unfortunately, I found the software difficult to use and getting a program loaded and running somewhat unreliable. On the whole, I think for a lot of businesses, it is a bright, attention getter, but there is a learning curve and it may take awhile to get it all correct and working.

This is a large programmable LED sign. It has an app for android and Apple devices and can also be programmed by computer. The LED’s are very bright and readable. Comes well packaged and although it is a large sign, it is not too heavy-so you could hang or mount it pretty easily. Comes with power cord and a very detailed instruction manual. Works great and very high quality at a great price.

The sign measures about 40 inch by 8 inch, around 102 cm by 20 cm, and fits well in a storefront window. The aluminum housing feels solid and the unit is lighter than it looks. Mounting slots are built in on top for hanging or wall install. There is no installation hardware like hooks and a cable included. Brightness is adjustable and on max it is impressive and easy to read in daylight. Colors are vivid and text stays clear from about 30 ft, around 9 m, away. Scrolling and static modes run smoothly once content is uploaded. The iOS app was difficult to connect at first. I had to connect to the sign WiFi, update firmware, disconnect, and reconnect before it finally worked. The app feels confusing and a bit buggy, and it has fewer editing tools than the Windows desktop software. I deleted the default clock example and later found I could not add the clock back using the iOS app. Even though the sign has WiFi, it does not pull local temperature, auto sync the time, or support simple online integrations. These feel like basic firmware additions that would improve daily use. Once messages are saved to the sign, it runs independently and stays stable. Hardware quality and brightness are strong, but the mobile software side and internet connectivity needs improvement to match the display performance.
