Is there a doorway pull up bar on the market that has rings or slots to keep this from sliding around on the bar?

This It doesn't slide at all when you put your weight it is not going to move at all and it's very safe

Any increased difficulty or advantage using these as opposed to using a "power tower" and supporting yourself by forearms to do leg raises?

I have one these and a "power tower". The power tower I have has a tilted back, back support. This is supposed to put more pressure on your abs when contracting. And even with that angle, I still find having no back support, like with these slings , puts that much more pressure on your abs when you raise your legs up. This is just my opinion.

What is the length of the straps when they hang down?

Hello D. Gonzales, thank you for that great question! The total length of the Premium Ab Straps Armageddon Sports when they hang from the bar is 19 inches. This is the total length from the beginning of the steel hook till the last point of the strap. Many of our customers use the Ab Straps without the hooks to reduce the length. Good Quality Product

These work great. They seem to be good quality. I haven't had any issues with them. I've been using them for about 3 months. They do hang down a little further than I was hoping. I have them attached to a Precore Matrix Aura Functional Trainer. When I clip the straps onto the top bar I can stand and slide my arms into the straps. I am 5-10

This are a great addition to my home gym. Very comfortable and effective at targeting those stomach muscles. My only issue is that it is twice the money as other brands, but I'm railing to see the quality difference between the two.

Great Product!

I've had and been using these ab straps for a little over a month now and am very pleased. I use to do my hanging leg raises on a power tower that I use to have. I recently got a Power Rack and decided to get rid of the power tower but add to the power rack things like this so I could do all the work in one area. This was one of the best decisions I've made. It used to be really uncomfortable to do the leg raises on the power tower, but I find much less pressure on my shoulders with these ab straps. The difficulty of the exercise is better on the ab straps as well as you have to engage more of your core to keep from "swinging" while doing the leg raises. This creates an overall better workout as well. The durability/quality of the product seems superb as well. I about 215lbs. and haven't heard any type of stretching or noise from the straps when using them. They are VERY STURDY and i would highly recommend them to anyone interested.
