First off, the case is not made by taylor, therefor any issues are on you! Secondly, the patented neck and truss rod broke, not only wouldn't they repair it but their immediate response was a new one would cost over $900.00 and hung up! There are better guitars out there for much less than the uppity taylor that is now mass manufactured just like every other.
