Best thing since sliced bread! I have a lot of neck pain and as soon as I put it on within an hour I started to a lot less pain. After the first two nights, I had some of the best sleep that I've had in a while. I don't wear it at night though. Highly recommend it for people with neck discomfort.

I tweaked my neck a few weeks back and have had a lot of pain and headaches resulting. My chiropractor mentioned a soft neck brace like this might go a long way towards helping me recover and I'm already so happy I made this purchase! This foam collar isn't going to give the kind of support needed for a major injury, but for my needs it is perfect. It gives just enough support to take some of the extra pressure off muscles that are working hard to heal up. The little dip for the chin also helps keep my head at the right angle instead of pushing it too high upward - it's overall a pretty comfy fit. I wore it for several hours while working my desk job that is particularly hard on my neck. Even when leaning forward, I can feel the brace taking some of the weight and it's a good reminder to correct my posture. I did also manage to fall asleep with it at night, but woke up with it next to me on my night stand, so apparently at some point in the night I yanked it off. Still, I felt much better after even that first day/night of intermittent use, so I'll keep it in my recovery regimen!

It's a cervical collar, and it's white with velcro tabs to close it around the neck. However the velcro piece used to close the collar is very short and it's difficult to comfortably close this collar so that you can breathe. If that piece was 1.5 inches longer it would have been perfect.

It really helps with neck pain and it's affordable as well! Soft and comfy too.

Very disappointed by what was sent to me in the mail. The Box was squished and clearly had been opened as it was taped back shut in a slopy way. The neck brace I left inside the plastic. The plastic had been opened and jagged cut on one in where it was melted back closed. The neck brace had dirt and debris on it while inside this closed plastic. It had clearly been worn before and was used. I bought a product that was supposed to be brand new. It is disappointing to be sent a nasty used one, for something that is medically necessary.

An affordable option. Comfortable material, adjustable velcro fitting, runs small. Gentle support.

The medium size fits perfect for my 15 1/2 inch neck. It holds my neck in a stable position. It’s helping relieve neck pressure.

Great produce. Just didn’t fit my neck.

This collar is great for my neck. It fits comfortably around my short neck and under my chin where the medium size did not. The black color is great in comparison to the white ones that cannot be cleaned when stains appear. I have chronic neck pain that becomes more acute at times and this collar helps with positioning and pain in those times.

Very comfortable

Size is bigger than measurements say . I had to tighten it past velcro setting but needed it right away so no time to send back & reorder. Also wish there was my size in black as they do get dirty quickly being white . Otherwise worked well & served the purpose ...was comfortable.

I received the item today and the picture is very misleading. The height at the neck is 2.5 inches as stated but on the side it is less than 2 inches which doesn't support the neck at all. The picture clearly shows the side of the collar higher than that in the front. Pathetic product, quality wise as well!
