They're really strong. They stick together very well through 3mm glass

What weight can these magnets hold ?

Im not sure, they didnt hold a piece of fabric shirt to a 2mm board

Could I put these inside a small felt toy

I would most definitely not use them for this purpose due to the choking risk should they become detached from the toy and because they could become a safety risk if the toy was thrown. They are heavy and particularly strong and effective at attaching themselves to metal and that would create another potential risk. Also, if the child stepped onto these magnets or fell or leaned on them, injuries could result.
