What is the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for Omega-3?

There is no official standard for how much Omega-3 we should get each day. However, most health organisations agree that 250–500 mg per day is sufficient to maintain good overall health for adults.

How and when should I give this to my child?

Use the dropper to measure out the correct amount of Omega-3 oil 3 - 24 months: 1 ml daily 2 - 6 years: 2.5 ml daily This can be given directly, or added to food or drink

What age is this suitable for?

This omega-3 liquid is best suited for children between the ages of 3 months to 6 years. It can still be used beyond this age, but you may wish to consider our Omega-3+ DHA+EPA liquid which is suitable for older children and adults
