Wild Lavender Paperback – 5 June 2006

This is truly an amazing book. It is different from previous novels which I usually read but it reduced me to tears and not many books do that. It started off quite slow and I thought it was just another story from rags to riches but then we hit the 2nd world war and the book moved into another gear. The fear and suspense came through the pages and it was an absolute pleasure to read. I recommend this to anyone interested in this era, viewed from experiences within France and Germany.

It has taken a while to get into this book. Some parts are excellent and some parts are slow.I must confess that I have not finished it. Not a patch on her other books which I have read

A beautiful and intriging story. I've only just found Belinda Alexandra and have found it hard to put the book down

Bought this as a gift and apparently it's a wonderful book
