While the pills are pretty big and a bit challenging to swallow, they have been highly effective for me in measurably lowering my stress levels (HRV), in combination with other changes that I did to my diet etc. I feel a lot more at ease and more calm.

The adrenal pills I used to take have been discontinued so I thought I’d try these. They seem to be helping my energy and mood. The downside is that the pills are too big for me personally to swallow, - they aren’t particularly tasty and some sticks in my teeth when I chew them.

I love Garden of Life (GoL) and their products, and originally I loved this product. However, and this is not GoL fault, after about 6 months I developed an allergic reaction to ashwagandha. I had no idea you could have a reaction months after starting usage, but sadly, I found out that this is a possible outcome and others have had a similar reaction. So, I wanted to post a PSA, if you begin to itch and/or have hives -- stop using and see your doctor.If you know you CAN take ashwagandha, this is a great product! I highly-highly recommend and am jealous.Please note, people complain about the size but it is so easy to snap it in half. Like, it takes no effort at all.

Excellent support for my body. Its only been a few days and I am noticing the difference and how I feel. Wonderful!

I got this product because All the reviews were saying how it gave them so much more energy during the day, that’s ultimately what I was looking for, but found that it makes me go right to sleep. First two days I took one pill in the morning and literally was so relaxed and drowsy, I took a four our nap - thank God it was the weekend. Now, I take one pill at night and I go and stay asleep fantastic. Not sure why my results are different than other people but if you need something to help you sleep, this might be just the thing….

Took this supplement for 2 months & didn't realize it was helping as much as it was! Due to this one being out of stock, I purchased a different brand with similar ingredients & the difference was stifling, even stopped taking that one to see if it was the problem but no. Found some of this one in stock & once again my energy is renewed! Plan to continue taking it for the unforeseeable future!

I took it but I have Cushing's disease that affects my adrenal cortex with bilateral tumors so it made me slightly nauseous and my endocrinologist said for me to discontinue.😞I did notice some extra energy and it is a tasteless capsule. The ingredients are very beneficial for healthy lifestyle but some of us has to take other things that aren't natural instead. I highly recommend you ask your doctor first before taking any supplements or OTC products for your health safety.
