It's a bargain!
I bought this laptop for my kid ans she's loving it! It's not one of the best on the market, but I wouldn't have expected less. It's good for watching films, playing youtube videos & games, typing, e-mailing, battery lasts quite a while and it's also very portable and easy to carry. I totally recommend it, it's a bargain!

Safe & cheap tool
I couldn’t afford a lot and I needed a cheap and portable laptop. Bought this and I’m very satisfied. I answer to my e-mails, use WPS office quite often, read and watch films every time I travel. I don’t think I’m looking to change it for a while. It’s a safe tool and comes cheap too!

Excellent!
My little niece always wanted a laptop, but we couldn’t afford Apple products as a birthday present. We bought this for her and she’s very happy with it! Netflix works, Youtube works and she plays music on it too! It’s everything she’s ever dreamed of at five years old. Definitely worth it.

Cheap and solid solution for travelling
Value for money. Great for using email while traveling. Also handy to watch a movie or listen to music.

If you forget your password you can't do nothing with notebook
I bought this for my grand daughter for Christmas loved having her own laptop BUT she put a password on it and forgot it and the only way that your able to get back on is to reset it to factory settings I emailed bigmachine explained my problem who kindly sent me a SD card and now thankful it's in use again very helpful indeed one thing I would say is either supply a SD card or maybe have a website that if you look it you can sort it but I'm 110% please with how they helped me sort it :)

Bought for my granddaughter as she uses a kindle fire well so I felt this would be a good next step. We were not obviously expecting a great quality notebook considering the price, however, this item does not even have the most basic capabilities and seems to be just android phone software installed on a cheap notebook. Chrome constantly crashed and when we tried Netflix we got a message asking us to turn our phone screens orientation. In short, it was useless for what we required.

Doesn’t have the lastest flash player nor can you watch Netflix on this device. Online or through the app.Would like a refund ASAP.
