Good For Rough Trails
I normally wear minimalist shoes for running (Merrell Trail Glove 7) which are fine for light trails but wanted something better suited to rougher trails. The Altra Superior 7 fit the bill nicely. They are zero drop, not too cushioned and relatively light. While not a true minimalist shoe they are a good compromise for tougher trails.

Not the most durable but comfortable
The stitching that holds the tongue into the shoe came undone after a weeks wearing. The size and fit were good as I have wide and tall feet. They are comfortable to wear and are a lightweight shoe. It's just a shame they appear to be quite flimsy
