Delicious and Nutritious
I LOVE muscle milk, great as a snack in the afternoon or on the golf course. I use it as a coffee creamer as well, just a splash is delicious and nutritious!

This is the superior product to the newer Muscle Milks. The taste is better and the macros are better. Unfortunately, Pepsi/Gatorade thinks you're a sucker and changed the formulas to cut costs.

This is the best one don’t buy the new muscle milks. They came out with the flavors terrible. It has Stevia and other nasty flavors in it.

Sometimes it solidifies around the exit and when you shake it the solidified chunks enter your mouth unexpectedly. It's quite unpleasant, but other than that it doesn't taste terrible and gets the job done.
