The seller answered my one question about the Xbox promptly, shipping was quick, the console shows no signs of wear and works perfectly so far 🙂 The controller is obviously not original to the console, as the controller is lime green and console is black, but that's a minor quibble, as it works well and is something of a conversation starter. After reading horror stories online about refurbished gaming consoles, I'm happy to report that, for the price and good condition, this was a pretty great deal. Seller even included batteries for the controller.

I ordered this product last Friday and I'm impressed with it to be honest. It loads the games fast theres no lag or glitching going on. It runs very smooth for being refurbished. It does help if you get a cooling extension for the Xboxit doesn't matter what version you have Xbox's just run hot sometimes. Overall though great buy, definitely a decent price could be lower but really worth the quality of the Xbox One X. If your wanting a really good system with good graphics and runs the games very smooth and DON'T wanna pay like $1,000 for the Xbox X series then THIS XBOX IS DEFINITLY WORTH IT!!!!

Bought this renewed Xbox ( which was my first mistake). When it didn’t work I submitted a return request which was approved. No where did it say that there would be a restocking fee of $80!!. How can they restock something that doesn’t work unless they are going to try to resell a defective item???? Do not buy from this seller!!!Forgot to mention this was purchased from cellular stream. I only kept it for a few days because I never got it to work. I am still furious about the $80 restocking fee that was never mentioned until they received the equipment back. Amazon should not be letting this company sell on their site!!! Beware of your purchase from them, you might be getting my defective return and they can make another $80 for restocking after you have to return it.

After seeing many mixed reviews I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished Xbox. In the end I decided to go through with it. My main concern with it being refurbished was that many consoles didn’t work or turned on just fine the first time but the following time it stopped working. I’ve had mine for about a week now and it’s been working very well. Coming from a first generation Xbox One to the One X is quiet outstanding. I play on a 1080 TV and the quality of the picture is outstanding, it’s more clear and smooth. One down side is the price. You could get a brand new Xbox X for that price. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak it’s a little hard to find brand new, since many places are out of stock.

I was hesitant on buying this refurbished Xbox One X console because of the horror stories I have heard about renewed ones. I took a chance on this one and it has turned out to be great! The console was very clean and had no visible marks or scratches on it. Although the controller did have a scratch on it but it did not interfere with game play. It did not come with the original retail box but did have the necessary accessories to hook it up. I was surprised that it turned out to be a great buy after all. Overall the system looks great basically new and I have not had any issues with it. I am happy with the chance I took on purchasing it and happy with the results that it has worked flawlessly for me.

The Xbox was as described, used and in excellent condition. I recommend the seller. Microsoft is archaic compared to the Playstation 4 or 5. This is their top of the line, yet the controller runs on batteries. Signing in to play a game is a pain every time. It's a multistep process. Taking pictures or video of your game play is a major ordeal, and you can only tape 10 minutes unless you have an extra storage device, even though it touts it has 1T of space. I bought the XBox to play an older game that was only made for XBox. On a positive note, the graphics are excellent, and the console upgrades older games nicely.
