Absolutely no problems, works like a new Xbox

Cheapest way to get a Xbox one on Amazon. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Give yourself enough time for updates, and the Xbox one has to install the disc and the updates before you can play. You'll have to ignore the 'ready to play' wording on most game home screens as they won't play fully until updated! I would also recommend an Ethernet cable, as we've found the wireless connection not great, maybe it's us, but both Xbox's don't like our WiFi. Controller got an annoying squeak on the trigger, but not major, I suppose.

Received broken controllers to the XBOX so requested a refund. Had to pay for it's return then only received a partial refund retaining £55 because the controllers were broken. Item was in appalling condition.

Great for gaming

I know this was second hand but when I opened it to wrap for Christmas it had like dry wipe marker and black stuff on it.. so had to use alcohol wipes to clean it. Would've thought maybe a bit of a wipe over before it had left would've been nicer to unwrap..Device works absolutely fine though and happy with it. So thank you for that. :)

Got this as a reconditioned still with a 12 month warranty , wireless controller+ all the leads you need . What buy new when you can save the planet a little ..

Terrible product and misleading note in condition.They say they send you a very cheap non Wireless controller so can I be used out the box? The USB cable supplied? The plastic surrounding was too big to fit in the hole to actually make the controller work, the controller was extremely used and all they wanted me to do was send the whole thing back so they could check it to see if I'm lying. They should have checked this on their quality control before sending. Do not use this company.Some people may have had a good experience.But if you do need to contact them , they are not helpful
