Rust-Oleum Color Shift Pink Champagne Spray Paint

I love this paint! I used it on a repaint of a Disney castle. It was perfect for the roof and banister pieces. TIP: you must paint your pieces a darker color first, I used black. This color looks bronze. There’s barely any pink. If you want more pink I’d suggest painting the pieces a deep dark pink before using the color shift. Do a test piece of the same material first to be sure.

My wife purchased this for a special project we have been working on. We used it to paint our Headboard with. We found an old headboard at a thrift store for ten dollars, painted it black (After sanding For-ev-er!!), and then we were going to use it to highlight the edges. Well, we liked it so much, we painted the entire headboard with it.. Now, Much depends on the lighting... If it's not in direct light, it look totally Black.. But the minute light hits it, Break out the Disco Ball because it looks FANTABULOUS!!... It looks So professional it will blow your mind. It is easy to apply, dries fast between coats. For the money you cannot beat it. I HIGHLY recommend this product. Wait, one thing I want to mention, You need to spray a Clear coat on top of it to really make it pop. It made all the difference. I used Three coats of clear gloss, and it added that finishing touch!

This is fairly good stuff, but as with most specialty rattlecans, overpriced. It doesn't seem to shift multiple colors like some of the other colors by the same manufacturer, the paint color is clear with pink glitter floating in it and an interference(at different angles it creates a pinkish reflection) red additive. Don't go by the cap color. As part of the color shift family, it's an acceptable member, though. I've used almost a whole can on different art projects and the spray tip hasn't clogged once. The spray pattern is conical or spot pattern and the can pressure is fairly high, so go easy on it to avoid runs and drips. Would buy again, decent effect but with a limited color range.

Nice even spray looks pretty cool, not so much on a color shift on orange base( does have slight pink shift)but nice glitter effect , very hard to capture the glitter with camera though
