Good buy
This is purely value for money. Construction is rigid and sturdy. Weight defines that it is built good. The grip is a different design then what is available in the market with mix of rubber and metal. Holding it becomes easy. User may take sometime to adjust to the grip, but once adjusted, it's super smooth in handling and operation. Clutch system for keeping in pocket is different then what we see in the Indian market. I ordered B grade leads, so they are darker then HB and obviously more visible.

Usage of it.
Its quality is elegant, by holding you can have a great experience. The lead may sometimes feel ductile And you may have to buy best lead to get better performance. If you're beginner to it, you might give the pen a bit of high pressure and it might cause lead breakage so get accustomed to it how to use it over time.

Always wanted this product
Best value for Money love the quality grip is really good and it look good. It is bit heavy so if you not big fan of heavy mechanical pencil I wont recommend this to you but if you like heavy pens or pencils go for it you won't regret it

Not durable, broken with in 3 months of usage
Writes smooth with less breaking of lead, but Outer casing is made up of metal and the inner material is of plastic which breaks gradually when it fell from bench multiple times, not fully metal

The retractable tip is a game changer!
I have used many drafting pencils (Rotring, other Pentels), but the GraphGear 1000 is my favorite for carrying around. The standout feature is the dual-action retractor—when you clip it to your pocket or notebook, the tip automatically retracts. No more stabbing myself or bending the fragile metal sleeve! The grip is unique a mix of knurled metal and rubber ovals. It gives you the precision of a metal grip without it being too harsh on your fingers during long writing sessions. It feels premium, heavy, and well-balanced. Highly recommended for students or architects who need a durable daily driver. Pros: • Retractable tip protects the lead and your pockets. • Grip is comfortable (metal + rubber). • Solid spring-loaded clip. Cons: • Slightly top-heavy compared to the GraphGear 500. 100% get what you pay for, totally worth it Size is perfect, easy to grasp Write speed is another level ✨✨✨

Excellent pencil
Excellent pencil! Robust! I love it's weight that makes it sit comfortable in my hand! Equipped with a clever mechanism to protect the nib and the lead. I started with 0.3 and I have now the 0.9, the 0.5, and got even this 0.7
