I bought the red lenses and if you can still see blue on your screens whilst wearing these, they do not block 100% of blue light. They help, but they aren't 100% effective

So far these seem to be helpful towards reducing eye strain from screen time. I get migraines, so the red lenses block the blue light and allow me to protect my eyes while reading on my phone. They fit well and are made of sturdy materials.
